Ros is currently undertaking an MA in ‘Printmaking & Professional Practice’ with the University of Brighton at the LondonPrintStudio. She studied Fine Art (Painting), at Camberwell College, London, successfully completing her BA in 1974. This was followed by a PGCE at London University.
More recently, Ros has taken her inspiration from travels to Italy and Rajasthan, India, developing her brightly coloured, vibrant landscapes and buildings into lithographs, as well as etchings with aquatint. Her theme over the last year has been ‘Sacred buildings & landscapes’.
She is currently working on a commission for the ‘Rights & Humanity’ organisation to produce lithographs and etchings for a new ‘Centre for Peace & Reconciliation’ in Jordan.
She has taught at various schools and colleges across London and currently teaches painting and drawing part-time, to adults in North London.
